PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-press device for onigiri-molding with which adequate onigiri-shaped form can be obtained and the molded onigiri can be taken out in a single operation when forming onigiri via the hand-press action of an operation lever.;SOLUTION: The hand-press device for onigiri-molding has the following structure: a pressing mold comprises an upper-side formation mold 4 arranged so as to be upwardly rotatable with an operation lever 3 equipped at a supporting stand 1 to form one side surface part of the onigiri, and a lower-side formation mold 5 to form the other side surface part of the onigiri; a prescribed amount of cooked rice P is charged in the lower-side formation mold 5; the upper-side formation mold 4 is engaged in the lower-side formation mold 5 via hand-press slantedly falling operation of the operation lever 3 so as to pressurize the cooked rice P by the upper-side formation mold 4 to form the onigiri.
