PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amelogenin-fused protein and a method for producing the same for producing the amelogenin in a good efficiency and in a large amount.;SOLUTION: This amelogenin-fused protein obtained by fusing an amelogenin with the carboxy terminal or amino terminal of cystatin; a gene encoding the amelogenin-fused protein; and the method for producing the amelogenin-fused protein characterized by introducing a recombinant vector inserted with the gene into host cells, culturing the obtained transformed body to express the gene and collecting the protein produced/accumulated in the host cell or cultured material are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
