PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for reducing server loads when converting attached data of e-mail to a form that a portable terminal can display and reducing a storage area for preserving a converted result.;SOLUTION: When receiving e-mail, a cache management means 102 adds an identifier for identifying the attached data to the e-mail. When receiving the conversion request of the attached data from the portable terminal 105, the cache management means 102 refers to the identifier and discriminates whether or not a cache storage means 104 stores the result of the requested conversion of the attached data. When the converted result is not present, a data conversion means 103 converts the attached data.
