PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of mounting an overlay sheet on an operation panel cover enabling the effective reuse of the operation panel cover as a recycle component, and enabling the efficient work of peeling off the overlay sheet from the operation panel cover. PSOLUTION: In an operation panel 1 provided on an image forming unit, an overlay sheet 20 is adhesively fixed to an operation panel cover 10 with a double-sided adhesive tape 30 having an adhesive face 30b detachable from the operation panel cover 10. Also, a penetrating portion 14 is formed on the operation panel cover 10, and also a penetrating portion 34 is formed on the double-sided adhesive tape 30. Thus, the peeling start point thereof can be formed by pressing the overlay sheet 20 securely fixed on the operation panel cover 10 by the tip of a rod-shaped member penetrated through the penetrating portions 14, 34 from the lower face 10b side of the operation panel cover 10.
