Matte paint composition and matte paint film

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flat coating composition that individually and concretely specifies the source or history of a product by including an information nucleic acid and a flat coating film. PSOLUTION: The flat coating composition comprises an information nucleic acid provided with a part having an arbitrary and known base sequence in a raw material of a flat coating. The coating composition contains 0.5-500g of the information nucleic acid based on 100g of a resin solid content. The information nucleic acid is independently contained in the raw material of a matte coating and dispersed in water not to secondarily agglomerate. The information nucleic acid is supported on a fine particle having 0.01-40m average particle diameter. The content of the fine particle is 5-50% based on the resin solid content.
