PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical excretion tool, in which natural excretion method and suctioning excretion method can be properly selected as a means for removing a drain such as an exudate from a human body wound cavity, and saving the labor hour for attachment/detachment of a catheter to and from a container while minimizing the risk of infection, and a medical excretion tool set obtained by setting the medical excretion tool with a catheter. PSOLUTION: The medical excretion tool comprises a container body A including an inflow port A having a connecting member A and a discharge port A having an opening and closing member A, and having a negative pressure generating function; and a bag-like container body B including an inflow port B having a connecting member B and a discharge port B having an opening and closing member B.
