PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a simple method of selecting network identification information (PANID). PSOLUTION: A network construction system includes: a management node that determines at least network identification information and performs network starting processing and network participation permission processing; and one or more end nodes each for acquiring the network identification information from the management node, requesting participation to the network started by the management node and performing data communication with the management node by using the network identification information. Each of the end nodes includes: a survival confirming means for confirming survival of the management node; and a re-activation control means for instructing the management node to request the participation into the network again when a disconnected state of the management node is detected by the survival confirming means. When performing re-activation after network disconnection, the management node re-activates the participation requests from the end nodes after standby mode. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
