PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary power tool, and a tool for drilling and for a fastener used for combination with the power tool. ;SOLUTION: This tool includes a drill adapter 100 having a dill bit protruded from a drill shank 120 and a sleeve member 200 having a first end part 202 provided with a first hole and a second end part 204 provided with a second hole. The first hole of the sleeve member 200 has a first sleeve engaging surface and a first fastener engaging surface, and the second hole has a second sleeve engaging surface and a second fastener engaging surface. The drill shank 120 can be arranged in an axial direction in the first or second hole of the sleeve member, can be engaged with the first or second sleeve engaging surface, and an outer side shank engaging surface of the drill shank 120 transmits rotation from a rotary power tool 20 to the sleeve member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
