PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-fillable syringe which can prevent any air bubbles that have been enclosed in a liquid medicine filling chamber in order to mix a liquid medicine in the syringe just before the use from remaining near the bottom of a front stopper at the time of deaeration.;SOLUTION: This pre-fillable syringe is provided with a plurality of projections (24) on annular recessed parts (19) between a plurality of annular ribs of a front stopper (3) in order to delay the inflow of the liquid medicine, and a plurality of grooves (23) along the axis on the inner wall of a locking hub (5) in order to help the smooth movement of a gas and the liquid medicine enclosed therein, and a plurality of projections (18) which nip the front stopper (3) housed by the syringe from leaning even when it is pulled back and stop the lower end of the front stopper (3) from reaching the bottom so as to leave a clearance in a cylindrical container (1).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
