PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative type photosensitive resin composition which is suited for forming alignment control protrusions in order to solve problems of image persistence and light leakage in a liquid crystal display device using a color filter having the alignment control protrusions, and further to provide the color filter having excellent picture characteristics and the liquid crystal display device using the color filter.;SOLUTION: The problems of the image persistence and the light leakage caused by inorganic ions are solved by using the negative type photosensitive resin composition which contains at least an alkali soluble resin, a photopolymerization initiator, a photopolymerizable monomer and a melamine resin so as to form the alignment control protrusions, and blocking the inorganic ions flowing out from the alignment control protrusions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
