PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit biting foreign matter mixed in fluid.;SOLUTION: This internal gear pump rotor consists of an inner rotor 10 having n pieces (n is a natural number) of external teeth 11 formed thereon, and an outer rotor 20 having n+1 pieces of internal teeth 21 meshing with the external teeth 11 formed thereon, and carries fluid by sucking and delivering fluid by volume change of a cell C formed between teeth of both rotors 10, 200 when both rotors 10 and 20 mesh and rotate. A tooth shape of a tooth bottom 21b of the internal tooth 21 of the outer rotor 20 has an arc shape having a center at an axial center of the outer rotor 20 to keep a gap t1 in a diameter direction of the internal gear pump rotor between the tooth bottom 21b and a tooth tip part 11c of the external tooth 11 at meshing position K where the internal tooth 21 and the external tooth 11 mesh and volume of a cell gets to the minimum 1.5 mm or larger and 3.0 mm or smaller.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
