PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method for a cement kiln which can stabilize the operation of the cement kiln and a manufacturing method for cement using the same.;SOLUTION: The operation control method has a first step for finding the relationship between the SO₂ concentration of a gas exhausted from a kiln inlet of a cement kiln 2 and the temperature distribution of a raw material in the cement kiln 2, a second step for measuring the SO₂ concentration of the gas exhausted from the kiln inlet and estimating the temperature distribution of the raw material in the cement kiln 2 from the measured value, and a third step for regulating a fine powder coal combustion burner 5 so that the temperature distribution of the raw material in the cement kiln 2 is kept constant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
