PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for removing sand from excrement and purification tank sludge and its method having a high sand-removing ratio and needing only a short treating time. PSOLUTION: The system comprises a sand-removing apparatus for separating an object to be treated into the sand and the liquid, and a pipe conveyor for transferring what is discharged from the sand-removing apparatus.
