PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization oscillation circuit where oscillation circuits synchronously with each other generate clock signals. SOLUTION: In the synchronization oscillation circuit 410, an A side oscillation logic gate 401a, an A side oscillation capacitor 404a, a B side oscillation logic gate 401b, and a B side oscillation capacitor 404b are connected in a ring, an output and an input of the A side oscillation logic gate 401a (B side oscillation logic gate 401b) are connected by using an A side oscillation resistor 403a (B side oscillation resistor 403b). Furthermore, an A side synchronization latch circuit 405a and an A side synchronization logic gate 406a control the A side oscillation logic gate 401a and a B side synchronization latch circuit 405b and a B side synchronization logic gate 406b control the B side oscillation logic gate 401b. An initialization logic gate 402 controls the A side oscillation logic gate 401a to decide a phase of the synchronization oscillation circuit 410 at application of power.
