PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply reconfigure a 3D image of a moving and locally limited object range without motion artifact.;SOLUTION: A region of interest object range is selected from a 2D perspective image to reconfigure a local 3D image data set of the object range of an inspection object 7 from the 2D image data of two or more 2D perspective images of the inspection object 7 photographed continuously in respect of time by an X-ray apparatus with different known projection geometries. The position of the selected region is determined in at least two or three 2D perspective images, and three-dimensional movement of the selected region during photographing of 2D perspective images is calculated from the obtained image using the known projection geometries. Subsequently, the calculated movement is eliminated by partial alteration of the 2D image data in the 2D perspective view, and 3D image data set of at least the object range is reconfigured from the partially altered 2D image data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
