PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new water absorbing resin particles and a water absorbing resin particle composition rapidly gelling the whole aqueous liquid in a standing state, to provide a method for producing the water absorbing resin particles and to further provide uses of the water absorbing resin particles and the water absorbing resin particle composition.;SOLUTION: The water absorbing resin particles are low-dusting surface-treated water absorbing resin particles and obtained by treating the surface of water absorbing resin powder with a thermoplastic resin having both hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity and 10,000-1,000,000 weight-average molecular weight and/or inorganic particles.
