PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system for confirming the legality of authentication of an access point, a communication method, and an authentication information providing server as a device used for confirming the legality of authentication of the access point.;SOLUTION: The communication system is provided with a portable terminal 5 for receiving user identification information ID 1 and a place identification information ID2, the authentication information providing server 1 for transmitting the user identification information ID1 received from the portable terminal to a predetermined access point 2, and a radio communication terminal 6 for collating the user identification information ID1 received from the predetermined access point 2 with user identification information ID1 previously stored in itself to verify the legality of the predetermined access point 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
