PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a flight condition of an airplane in consideration of a characteristic of a type of each the airplane when issuing a control instruction, to perform stable display in time of ascent/descent of the airplane by displaying a display screen thereof on the basis of an altitude axis, and to produce a CPDLC (Controller-Pilot Datalink Communications) message in consideration of performance of the type of the airplane to which the CPDLC message is to be issued when automatically producing the CPDLC message.;SOLUTION: This ordering and spacing human interface device is provided with an airplane information database 16 for managing performance information in each the type of the airplane. When issuing the control instruction, a prediction part 10A calculates the flight condition of the airplane according to the control instruction in consideration of the performance information of the airplane, and a display processing part 1A performs the display on the basis of a calculation result. When an airplane symbol on the display screen is operated by drag and drop, a CPDLC message production part 10B automatically produces the CPDLC message according to the operation in consideration of the performance information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
