PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably log a call content at low cost by recording and storing calls between cellular phones or between a cellular phone and a fixed-line phone under a centralized control.;SOLUTION: An opposite side telephone number to be called by a caller's cellular phone is obtained by responding to an incoming call from the caller's cellular phone, and referring to a connection table.
