PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retirement allowance calculation system capable of easily performing giving work of retirement allowance points and easily calculating a retirement allowance even if a minor change in a personnel system is performed.;SOLUTION: The retirement allowance calculation system for receiving date information and personnel information and calculating a retirement allowance has a database 1 storing master tables whose term of validity is defined, a master table selecting means 2 for selecting a master table from the database on the basis of the date information, a retirement allowance points extracting means 3 for extracting retirement allowance points from the selected master table on the basis of the personnel information, a retirement allowance points registering means 4 for storing the extracted retirement allowance points, and a retirement allowance calculating means 5 for calculating a retirement allowance from the retirement allowance points on the basis of a prescribed formula.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
