PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book information database processing system and a book storage managing system using the processing system for easily obtaining a thickness dimension of a book as a new data item of a book information database.;SOLUTION: The book information database processing system 20 includes: an acquiring unit 20a for acquiring at least book identifying data and page-number data for every book in an existing book information database DB1; a calculating unit 20b for calculating a thickness dimension of the book based on the page-number data acquired by the acquiring unit 20a; and an output unit 20c for outputting the book identifying data and book thickness dimension data calculated corresponding to the book identifying data by the calculating unit 20b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
