PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball having a small air resistance during flying and attaining a sufficient carry and to provide a design method of the golf ball and a mold for manufacturing the golf ball.;SOLUTION: The surface of this golf ball 100 is formed of all the edges of a plurality of adjoining dimples and ridged boundaries, and is disposed with the dimples formed of recessed curves wherein the shape along the boundaries of the ridged boundaries is curved inside the golf ball.
