PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner bag for a tank container which can be stored by tightly sticking on the inner wall face of a tank, and has no possibility of leaking a liquid cargo caused by breaking when an excessive stress acts on the mounting part of the inner bag and the tank container.;SOLUTION: The inner bag (30) for the tank container is equipped with a flange (33) on which a flange opening connected with a feeding/discharging opening of a tank flange (13) of the tank container is formed. As an annular recess with a thickness larger than that of a raw material composing the inner bag (30) is provided on the peripheral edge of the flange opening, and the peripheral edge part of the opening part of the inner bag (30) is welded to this annular recess, when the inner bag (30) is mounted on the feeding/discharging opening of the tank flange (13), the inner bag (30) is brought into close contact with the inner wall face of the tank, and as a fastening load acting on the inner bag (30) acts only the flange (33) and does not act on the raw material itself constituting the inner bag (30), there exists no possibility of damaging the inner bag (30) and leaking the liquid cargo or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
