PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the damage to a pallet when caulking a lead terminal.;SOLUTION: When the thickness of ceramics between two adjacent slits is thin, an outer lead is caulked simultaneously by the two adjacent slits. For example, when fixing a base section 8a and a base section 8b to a pallet adjacently, the outer lead at the side of the base section 8b of the base section 8a and the outer lead 3 at the side of the base section 8a of the base section 8b are caulked simultaneously. As a result, stress acts on the ceramics between the two slits from both sides by caulking for balancing force, thus preventing the ceramics from being cracked. In this manner, the two adjacent lead terminals of at least two adjacent n terminal elements can be caulked simultaneously, thus suppressing the damage of the ceramics between the n terminal elements.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
