PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring and analyzing plastic vehicle parts, capable of managing clearances and steps between adjacent parts to be uniform, even if the plastic vehicle parts are painted.;SOLUTION: The method comprises: a material restriction measurement step of attaching material plastic vehicle parts (2) being injection molded to a material master model M formed so as to include an adjacent component, and of measuring a shape of the plastic vehicle parts (2) and a clearance and a step between the adjacent components; a painted restriction measurement step of attaching a painted plastic vehicle parts (2) to a paint master model M formed so as to include the adjacent component, and of measuring the shape of the plastic vehicle parts (2) and the clearance and step between the adjacent components; and a step of judging which step causes changes exceeding allowed values to occur in the shape of the plastic vehicle parts (2) being attached to a vehicle and in the clearance and step between the adjacent parts, based on a measurement value in the material restriction measurement step and a measurement value in the painted restriction measurement step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
