PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic information network system capable of implementing a more rapid anti-earthquake measures of a wider range than the anti-earthquake measures in individual seismometers and a measure disposition system.;SOLUTION: In the seismic information network system 101, a plurality of seismometer apparatuses A₁ and so forth having seismic sensors detecting seismic dynamic wave form data of an earthquake together with progress time data and seismometer computers estimating and computing seismic information including seismic center distance and the magnitude of the earthquake on the basis of seismic dynamic wave form data and so forth are connected to a central processing apparatus 10 having a central computer by a first circuit WA₁ and so forth, and anti-earthquake measure disposition controllers B₁ and so forth are connected to the plurality of seismometer apparatuses A₁ and so forth by a second circuit WA₁ and so forth. At the time of earthquake occurrence, the seismometer computer estimates and computes earthquake damage index value indicating the degree of earthquake damage of the seismometer apparatuses A₁ and so forth and the vicinity thereof by the earthquake, on the basis of the seismic center distance and the magnitude of the earthquake acquired by the estimation computing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
