PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing the load of a financial institute or the like cooperatively operating an unmanned terminal operation system, and for smoothly performing contract transaction or the like without consuming the time of a customer.;SOLUTION: An unmanned loan contract machine is provided with a means for storing the accepted customer information of a customer, a means for transmitting the customer information to a staff terminal, a means for displaying the availability of processing tasks for each company, and for accepting the selection of the company by the customer when receiving company-based processing availability notification from the staff terminal and a means for, when the selected company is different from the company of the staff terminal which has transmitted the customer information, transmitting a continuous transaction processing request attached with the stored customer information to the staff terminal of the different company.
