PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributing reservoir, which can be formed in fewer manufacturing processes than ever before, which has a side wall composed of a member which is hard to dent and adequately resistant to corrosion, and whose side wall, serving as a mid-feather wall, is hard to dent even if a storage tank is newly added outside the side wall, and waterworks facilities or small water-supply system facilities, which are equipped with the distributing reservoir. ;SOLUTION: The distributing reservoir 10 has the angular-wave side wall 12 composed of a platy member which has a structure with rigidity against hydraulic pressure of service water, applied separately on both respective sides, whose horizontal section is formed in an angular-wave shape, and which serves as a single material. The side wall 12 is formed of stainless steel; and when the service water is stored in the distributing reservoir 10, a stainless-steel part, which is exposed to a gaseous phase part inside the distributing reservoir 10, is made preferably of stainless steel having resistance to the corrosion caused by chlorine which is contained in the service water and discharged as gas into the gaseous phase part.
