PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic container which is placed in a self-standing and stable manner, and capable of pumping the total solution inside by an extrusion-pump type dispenser by collecting the solution in the center of the inner bottom.;SOLUTION: The plastic container has a rib part P which is brought into contact with the ground in a self-standing manner by returning a peripheral edge of a bottom part, and an inclined bottom surface part Q which is inclined in a conical shape toward the center of a bottom surface from the upper end of the rib part P, and shallower in depth than the height of the rib part P. The plastic container is blow-molded so that a conduit of an extrusion-pump type dispenser faces the lowest center part of the inclined bottom surface part Q. A forming mold apparatus 1 has two-split molds each having a cavity of a molding shape.
