PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an easily dispersible soybean protein uniformly dispersible into a liquid in a short time, which imparts a good feeling to the throat and scarcely inflicts a soybean odor and an uncomfortable taste such as a harsh taste, a bitter taste and an astringent taste without causing roughness when drinking the dispersed liquid, and to provide a method for producing the soybean protein.;SOLUTION: This granulated product of the easily dispersible soybean protein is a granulated product wherein the surface of the powdery soybean protein is coated with a poor-digestive saccharide and comprises the poor-digestive saccharide in an amount of at least 5 pts. mass based on 100 pts. mass of the powdery soybean protein, and the method for producing the granulated product of the easily dispersible soybean protein comprises a step of granulating the powdery soybean protein while spraying an aqueous solution containing the poor-digestive saccharide on the powdery soybean protein and is characterized by using the poor-digestive saccharide in an amount of at least 5 pts. mass based on 100 pts. mass of the powdery soybean protein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
