PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation membrane that is excellent in moisture permeability, does not lower the concentration of a moisture-permeable accelerator by absorbing moisture in the air with a moisture-permeable membrane per se even if it is continuously used for a long time, and the moisture-permeable accelerator does not come off from a porous membrane even if the moisture-permeable membrane is slanted and held without holding it horizontal.;SOLUTION: The separation membrane including a non-porous membrane and the moisture-permeable accelerator impregnated in the non-porous membrane, wherein the moisture-permeable accelerator is impregnated in 1 to 300 wt.% of the non-porous membrane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
