The present invention concerns a tomato transcription factor of the Ethylene Responsive Factor family (ERF), having an amino acid sequence selected among the group consisting in:a protein having an amino acid sequence as shown in one of SEQ ID NO 1 to NO 28,a variant thereof,a functional fragment thereof anda functional homologous sequence thereof.
