The model structures operations among the plurality of management services according to a knowledge configuration. A knowledge service is defined according to the model. The model assigns the knowledge service to a knowledge store according to the knowledge configuration. The knowledge store contains a plurality of data records. Instances of the plurality of management services are created. The instances of the plurality of management services control access to the knowledge store. An instance of the knowledge service is created. The instance of the knowledge service performs operations on the data records.
