This application relates to a system to extract and recover energy for large flows of bottom ash produced by Solid Fuel Boilers, to reduce the final temperature of the Ash extracted without increasing Air Flow enters the Chimney of calde Ra usually fixed by the Designers of Boilers at a value of approximately 1.5% of the Total Combustion Air. When the flow of Air for Cooling exceeds the maximum amount allowed in the boiler, the system allows the excess Air and steam can be sent to the Air Inlet duct which enters the Air Exchanger / fumes in the Air Side, thanks to the separate Tion of the environments of cooling produced by the Ash.The separation of the cooling system is managed automatically based on a signal from the temperature of the Ash Discharge System. If Cooling Air is not sufficient to cool The Ash, The Cooling Efficiency can be increased by addition of Water Mist.
