Sequences were identified by Light regulated Promoters that respond to different Light conditions and thus can be used to regulate the gene expression of an inducible by light or Darkness. These Promoters can be used to produce transgenic plants with altered trait relative to control plants.In Preferred embodiments, the transgenic plants with improved traits are similar to the morphological Point of view and / or development to control plants (examples of the latter include or untransformed wild-type plants of the same species).Any of these Promoters regulated by light can be incorporated within a Nucleic Acid Construct comprising a polynucleotide regulated by a promoter of this kind and encodes a polypeptide or RNA Molecule that, when expressed ectopically, gives an improved Feature In plants.
