Procedure that consists of a sequence of Operations whose results is the manufacture of Amorphous Silica, Burning Rice Hulls or Other Organic Materials, both for Generation of Thermal energy required for the procedure, as the raw material of the same procedure.Rice hulls are burned in stoves Fluidized Bed (16) and the resulting ash is dried in a Rotary Dryer (40), being associated with Vacuum buffer means (21) and Cyclones (19), being then Channeled to large containers (2) used for loading a Reactor (5), adding to the burden of caustic soda ash and hot water.The load in the reactor is closed under temperature and pressure between 140 - 150sc 4.5 - 5 kg / cm2, to cause the reaction of SiO2 (SiO2 + H2O + NaOH + SiO2 + 2 - 1 - 1 - 1 + - Na +, being the solution is pressurized, heated and agitated with the SiO2 - ions 1, SiO 2, Na + 1 and - 1. Lubilizados in water.The solution obtained is cooled and depressurized, being derived to storage tanks (41), through gravity to other Tanks (42) where sulfuric acid is added to precipitate Silica drip and form a gel of Amorphous Silica.Remove excess water from the Gel by Compression in a screw extruder (44) and Dry Rotary Kiln to obtain Amorphous Silica in the form of Fine and in the form of fines and Lumps, being sucked derivatives for weighing and Bagging, and being derived by Gravity until the Lumps Grinding media (25) for Reprocessing.In case that the raw material to be burned in the Ovens were not Rice Husk fluidized reactor (5), should be fed with Rice Husk ash from other processes, for example obtained by combustion or the process of parborizacion Rice.
