By the method fruit and vegetables can be cultivated with organic manure without establishment of poisonous nitrates and nitrites. The initial garden wastes are separated into nitrifying (those containing organic nitrogen) and carbonizing (those containing a large quantity of organic carbon) and are alternating in individual layers in their arrangement in the bio-composter. By the process soil isused as a layer in the bio-composter which enriches the wastes and the compost containing soil microflora, and in this way preventing any stress condition of the ecological systems in the soil duringthe fertilization. The use of the bio-composter according to the process enables the permanent charging with garden wastes and permanent exhaustion of the organic fertilizer-compost.
