utilization of sugarcane bagasse ash residues in ceramic masses

USE OF ASH WASTE FROM SUGARCANE SUGAR IN CERAMIC PASTA. Refers to the manufacture of ceramic tiles for floors and coverings with the addition of sugarcane bagasse ash as a melting material in the formulation, with sugarcane bagasse ash being residues obtained from the processing of sugar cane, being the bagasse used as fuel we went from distillates and thermoelectric plants generating ash; and the ceramic tiles obtained had water absorption ranging from 0.10% to 2.51%, being able to be framed from porcelain stoneware, with absorption below 0.5% to porous coating, with absorption greater than 10%, and flexural strength values varying between 20.63 Mpa and 42.86 Mpa, according to the standard flexural strength 35 Mpa; and that in the formulation of the masses, kaolinitic clay, kaolin, feldspar and ash from sugar cane bagasse were used according to formulations.
