Methods for fabricating a laminated cross, cross laminate, and to stretch lengthwise a film consisting of a thermoplastic polu00ecmero material, and apparatus for stretching segmented transverse of a bend termoplastico.It is described a cross laminate which is formed of two folds oriented thermoplastic polymer material, arranged so that their directions of orientation are cross over each other, the folds being heat sealed with each other.Each pleat is semi fibrilada, i.e., consists of linear regions thin biaxially oriented material and thicker linear projections between the regions more finely. The membranes are sealed by means of links formed basically at the intersection of the protrusions (regions thicker). The arrangement of protrusions has a division less than 2 mm.The laminate has improved aesthetic properties and resistance. And described a method to form the laminated cross involving stretch segments of material to form the regions more thick, and the apparatus includes rolls of corrugated ridges stretching combined with edges sharp.
