COMBINATION OF ANTI-MADCAM ANTIBODY AND ANTIFIBROTIC CASPASE INHIBITOR TO TREAT HEPATIC FIBROSIS. The invention relates to a combination of an anti-MAdCAN antibody with an anti-fibrotic agent, such as a protease inhibitor, preferably a caspase inhibitor. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the combination of the invention, and the use of the combination for the treatment of liver fibrosis.
