Methods for screening for polymorphisms especu00ecficos hybridization gene (GSHPs) and its uses in gene mapping and marker development. A method for identification of polymorphisms of specific hybridization of gene (GSHPs) and its use is presented.The method involves the steps of (a) a global screening for polymorphisms of hybridization using micro arrangement; (b) reduction of complexity of the genome mediated by the enzyme; (c) amplified differential signal mediated by the enzyme and noise reduction; (d) data extraction and identification of GS HP; and (E) the use of GSHPs in screening of high efficiency.
