Cooling system for the dry extraction of heavy bottom ash for furnaces during the hopper storage step. The present invention relates to a cooling system for the dry extraction of the bottom heavy ash output formed in the solid fuel furnaces during the hopper storage step, characterized by suitable air inlets (2) arranged on the walls. hopper (1) at the bottom of the hopper, through which a controlled amount of air, suctioned by low pressure, enters the combustion chamber (12), capable of achieving a balanced and uniform distribution system for such air during the step hopper storage (1), which optimizes the cooling of falling ash, leaving the total amount of air entering the oven unchanged. The inlet manifolds (2) are connected to the extractor environment (6) by the lid (7) through an appropriate duct (3) provided with an automatic valve (8) which is opened during the storage step, allowing cooling air to pass through said inlets. (2) arranged on the side walls of the hopper (1). More efficient cooling can be achieved by the addition of water, which enters through the nozzles (14), suitably disposed within the hopper (1). The amount of water can be adjusted such that the ash cooling improvement function is acted upon without dampening it.
