A Pharmaceutical composition for oral administration of Tablets Tablets which comprises: a First compartment comprising therapeutically effective amounts of ketorolac, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B12, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, Vehicle compression Stability, Binder, diluent, Lubricant, AntistaticPlasticizer and a disintegrant; a Second compartment comprising a cover or Insulating Layer formed of a Polymer Coating; and a Third compartment comprising pyridoxine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and a Binder Polymer Binder.The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a cover end formed by a Polymer Coating and finishing. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 which comprises 2 to 120 mg of Salt per unit dose of ketorolac.The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 which comprises of 0.2 to 6.0% of the Salt composition by weight of the composition.
