In the present invention, there are described surface-active substances for general use in agricultural agents, including herbicidal, fungicidal and insecticidal agents, containing two components: alkoxylated tristyrylphenol acid of the general formula Ae- neutralized to desired pH with appropriate amount of alkoxylated alkylamine of the general formula (H-B)e+.
