The invented arrangement to control hydrological regime in swampy system (9) is characterized in that it is provided with an openable closure (7) of swampy system (9) water (10) outflow (8) whereby said closure drive (6) is controlled by at least one level sensor (1), an edge sensor (2), a precipitation sensor, a melioration sensor (4), a contamination sensor (16), an inflow sensor (17) either directly or through the mediation of a control unit (5). The melioration water inlet (18) and/or territorial or underground water inlet (19) can be provided with another openable closure (20) with a drive (21) controlled either directly by the sensors or by the control unit (5). When the closure (20) is closed, the inlet (18, 19) transfers water through a bypass (22) to the outlet (8) and further to the watercourse. The arrangement of the present invention controls in comprehensive manner the hydrological regime in a swampy system (9) prevents its drainage, flooding as well as contamination from meliorations.
