The present invention relates to a heat accumulating module based on materials with phase change being comprised of a shell (2) consisting of a rear wall (3), sidewall (4) and a flange (5). A tube plate (6) being fixedly arranged on the flange (5) forms an air channel (10) between the shell (2) bottom wall (3) and inner wall (9) of the tube plate (6). A silicon packing (13) is arranged on the flange (5) along the open side of tubes (6a) in the tube plate (6) whereby the tubes (6a) in said tube plate (6) are filled with material with phase change. The invention also relates to an assembly of heat accumulating modules consisting of a bottom module (1), one or more central modules (1a) and an upper module (1b). The bottom module (1) is provided with a bottom outlet (11) and the upper module (1b) is provided with an upper outlet (12), whereby the line of said outlets (11, 12) is lead out of the room. The central module (1a) has both upper and lower sides of the shell (2) open, the bottom module (1) has open only the shell (2) upper portion while the upper module (1b) has open only the lower side of the shell (2). At the point of connection, the marginal zone of one of the modules (1, 1a, 1b) is performed as a connecting element for mounting on the next module, whereby the air channels (10) of the modules (1, 1a, 1b) are connected with each other.
