COMPLEX FOR PRODUCING THERMAL ENERGY FROM SOLID FUEL ON BIORESOURCES BASE

The invention relates to the complex processing of solid fuel on bioresources base and may be used in power engineering and chemical industry, especially in gasification of solid fuel in gas generators. Proposed complex consists of unit A for briquette making, gas generators unit C, and a control unit B. The briquette making unit includes peat hopper 1, coal hopper 2, sawdust hopper 3, water feed pump 4 and pump 5 for delivering potions of peat in the cavitation reactor 9, metering devices for peat 6, coal 7 and sawdust 8, briquette making devise, made in the form of extruder 10, conveyor 11 for consecutive feeding of gas generators with the briquettes of solid fuel. The gas generators unit consists of 3 batch-type gas generators 12, 13, and 14 and a gas duct 15, connecting thereof. The control unit includes a control panel 16 and regulators 17, connected electronically with the operating mechanisms for metering the set amount of components of the mix in the extruder, and also a regulator 18, connected electronically with the operating mechanism of the conveyor, delivering fuel briquettes in various gas generators. The invention allows to reduce energy consumption by 1.5-2 times for producing the heat-carrier, to exclude expenses for surplus production of solid fuel and the heat-carrier and to reduce the risk of fire in their storage area, without design complication.
