Packaging material (1) for a pharmaceutical product is disclosed. The packaging material contains a colored element (2), which at a given temperature, below which it is required to contain a pharmaceutical product, is partially discolored, opening the label. The element is formed by a first portion forming a mark (2) printed with ordinary ink and a second portion (2 ") printed by thermochromic ink. Thermochromic inks are color below a predetermined temperature and become colorless when a predetermined temperature is reached or exceeded. These two sections are located so that the first section is invisible below a given temperature, but becomes visible if this temperature is reached or exceeded.
