It is disclosed a self-installed floating platform of the Tension Leg type (TLP) which platform is destined for the measurement of the eolic dynamics in the sea. Said platform is composed of a pole of great height meant for the real-height measurement of the velocities and directions or the wind. When in intensive floating (excess buoyancy) state, said platform operates with anchors which are raised up when said platform should be transported. The sections of the foregoing pole are interfitted during the pole’s transport and developed during the platform’s operation by an adequate hydraulic system; other additional systems are, inter alia, winches and draught pumps. Additional anchors, if required, ensure, in any case, the capability of receiving horizontal forces received by the platform. The anchors accept additional elements for boosting the capability of receiving horizontal forces; furthermore said additional anchors can receive variable elements and/or detachable poles for the same purpose. The registration system of the platform comprises wind meters, wave and current measuring sensors, and accelerometers for the correction of the wind measurements.
