DIFFERENTIATION OF PRIMATE STEM CELLS FOR CELLS OF ENDODERM AND PANCREATIC LINEAGES

Methods are described to increase the proportion of endoderm committed cells and pancreatic lineage cells in a culture of human embryonic stem cells which are undergoing differentiation. The method also result in a stem cell derived culture which does not have tumorigenic capability.
